  • We always want to deliver the product as quickly as possible.
  • There are no extra charges for delivery whatsoever
  • Our primary shipping partners are- Safexpress, Spoton Logistics, Delivery, Rivigo and Gati.
  • Furniture products are shipped through surface transport mode, typically the transit duration is 3-7 days.
  • Once the product is shipped, you shall receive an SMS with the tracking information

DELIVERY

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification from our end to your registered contact details, stating the details of the shipment and shipment service through which your Order has been shipped.

Notwithstanding anything mentioned in aforementioned provisions, we do not guarantee that delivery will happen within any specific timelines as it is completely dependent on the shipment services. Sometimes, delivery may take longer duration due to:

  • Bad weather conditions;
  • Transportation delays;
  • Political disruptions; or
  • Other unforeseen circumstances

In such cases, we will proactively reach out to You. Please check your emails for such updates.

To the maximum extent permissible by law, we shall not be liable to you or any other persons for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, exemplary, special, consequential damages or loss of profits, revenue or goods will incurred by you due to any delay in the delivery of orders.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

If You like to make a purchase and have it shipped internationally, please contact our Customer Care Executives or send us an email at info@theattic.co.in. Be sure to include a list of the products you like to purchase, along with the recipient address, phone number and email address. Our Customer Care Executive will call you and explain the costs and timelines involved for international shipping and delivery.
