Warranty, Returns & Refunds

WARRANTY-

All our products come with 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects and 5 years against termites/borers.

We offer complete replacement/refund in case of a manufacturing defect of the product.

Being handmade, the techniques used by local artisans ensure that each item is truly one-of-a-kind. Hand made goods vary in size, finish and dimension. Slight cracks, warping, imperfections and color variations are inherent to each piece and are not defects.

Warranty does not apply to:

  • Normal wear and tear of the product over prolonged use
  • Small cuts, scratches or damages due to wrong cleaning methods or impacts/accidents
  • Damage caused due incorrect installation/assembly by the customer
  • Cracks developed due to displacement of the product
  • Fading due to direct exposure to sunlight
  • Decaying of wood due to consistent exposure to water
  • Upholstery fabrics such as seat covers have no warranty
  • Non-standard dry-cleaning procedures or use of harsh chemicals
  • As per the industry standards, unevenness of up to 5 mm is accepted widely due to differences in floor and surface levels. This is not covered in warranty.
  • Any modifications or alterations made to the products post purchase are not recommended and will void the entire Warranty.


DELIVERY POLICY –

Delivery can be done on ANY FLOOR, only if good size SERVICE LIFT is available at the building or residency.

For VOLUMETRIC shipments which can’t be delivered through SERVICE LIFT, delivery will be done on GROUND FLOOR ONLY

CANCELLATION-

All Items at our store are made to order, we usually initiate the order as soon as the payment is confirmed. However, we do understand that you may want to cancel / change the order. We allow cancellations up to 48 hrs. after the order is placed.

Once manufacturing has begun, we are required to charge a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the total order.

Due to the overhead of logistics, if your order is cancelled after it has been shipped the fee would be up-to 50%, though based on the situation we assure that we will do our best to make the cancellation process smooth for you.

RETURNS & REFUNDS –

We offer a swift return in case of transit damaged on arrival, manufacturing defects and incorrect product. In case, you receive such product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product.

Please keep the original packing intact in case of return and pack the product after taking the images of the defect/damage.

Our customer care team shall contact you within 24 hours and arrange for a return.

We shall send a replacement free of charge or provide a refund in such cases as per your wish.
